Charlie is a very affectionate tabby with loads of personality, that come to us a few months back. She is a lap cat and likes to help out with some of the chores around ARC. She is kind of a loner when it comes to the other cats at ARC. Charlie would be fine with being an only cat, but I think she can adjust well to other animals given a little time. She seems to have a permanent grumpy face that just makes her that much cuter. Come by and have a chat with a grumpy cat. Adoption Fees: $60 for Cats, $85 for Dogs All our pets are spayed, neutered, and up-to-date on all shots. The Animal Refuge Center has these and many more pets waiting for a good home. Note: The Animal Refuge Center has a "No-Declaw" policy.
