Lizzie also affectionately known as "Lizard" is a beautiful 10 month old grey and white kitten at the Animal Refuge Center. When Lizzie first arrived at the shelter back in November she was quite shy, but she was always very social with the kittens in her room. About five months after arriving, Lizzie really started coming out of her shell. She would cry to be picked up or pet. She has only gotten more vocal as time has gone on. She doesn't mind being carried around and likes to get lots of attention. Lizzie is very loving. Since coming out of the kitten room into the general population Lizzie has kind of become the queen of the basement. That's not to say she's an Alpha or even has a dominant personality she just gets along with all the other cats real well. In fact, Lizzie current has two boyfriends, Carlos and Chase. Lizzie is looking for a home with other cats and is ready to show you just how special she is. Adoption Fees: $60 for Cats, $85 for Dogs All our pets are spayed, neutered, and up-to-date on all shots. The Animal Refuge Center has these and many more pets waiting for a good home. Note: The Animal Refuge Center has a "No-Declaw" policy.
